About Malang

Malang is the second largest city in the Indonesian province of East Java. It has a history dating back to the age of Singosari Kingdom. As the second most populous city in the province, the 2016 census recorded 887,443 people in the city.[3] Its metro area is home to 3,663,691 inhabitants spread across two cities and 22 districts (21 in Malang Regency and one in Pasuruan Regency).
